The minimum educational qualification required for the Senior Registry Clerk vacancy at Department of Transport is a Senior certificate or Grade 12 qualification which must be accompanied by four years of working experience or an NQF level six in Public Management along with one year relevant experience.

- Be responsible for managing the HR registry as well as other General Administration
- Be responsible for maintaining and ensuring confidentiality in respect of all HR records and Access control to HR registry
