Job Description
This position will station the successful candidate at Constitutional Court that is situated in Johannesburg. This job offers an attractive level 5 salary which amounts from R 163 563 to R 192 666 every year. The qualified incumbent will be required to sign a performance agreement as well. The minimum requirement for all interested individual to be eligible for the position is to hold a Grade 12 certificate or any of its equivalent qualification. If you happen to be in a possession of bachelor’s degree or national diploma in Public Admin, it will surely serve as an added bonus.
The Registry Clerk to the Chief Justice vacancy at Constitutional Court requires all candidates to have the following skills and competencies:
- Understanding and knowledge of Archive and Record Management policies, regulations and procedures
- Knowledge of Persal will serve as a bonus point
- A valid driver license will be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Security awareness or consciousness
- Proficient with MS office software

- Conduct effective record management and filing service
- Close and open files according to record classification system
- Storage and filing, tracing both manually and electronically as well as retrieval of files and documents
- Maintain various control registers and allocate file reference numbers
- Record receipt, protection of records and files as well as maintain safe custody
- Complete index or filing plan in line with the regulatory framework
- Identify records and files for archiving
