The program aims to help students who are also wanting to further their career in the field of financial services. The PSG Bursary South Africa program 2019 is open for applications within the following fields of study:

  • Software Development
  • Computer Science

Qualified students will receive coverage for their tuition fees, prescribed textbooks, etc. Students will also receive coaching, mentoring and hands-on training along with entrance into the graduate program. This bursary also provides working experience in the financial service industry.

Eligibility criteria:

In order to ensure your application will be taken into consideration, you must meet all the following minimum criteria below:

  • You must be a South African citizen
  • You must have completed matric
  • You must be studying towards a degree qualification in one of the aforementioned fields of study
  • You must be self-motivated, ambitious, solution oriented, energetic, resilient and an individual who pays close attention to detail
  • You must be able to work well in a team
  • You must be able to keep calm as well as work under pressure
  • You must wish to further your career in the financial services field
  • You must have achieved at least overall average of 65%
