Description

All positions offer a level 7 salary amounting to R 242 475 annually. To be eligible for the Personal Assistant vacancy at Department of Higher Education and Training, candidates must have a senior certificate or NCV level four. Should you be in possession of a recognised ND qualification in Secretarial Diploma and qualification in computer training then they would serve as added advantages. Applicants are required to have at least three years of prior employment experience in conducting secretarial and administrative support to senior management.

- Computer literacy
- Basic events management skills
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to manage and create simple presentations and databases
- Basic knowledge of financial administration such as managing cash flow and budgets
KRA
- Be responsible for providing secretarial support service to the project manager such as supporting the plan and managing daily office activities
- Provide schedule for workshops and meeting
- Administer and manage the itinerary and diary of the project manager
- Be responsible for preparing all required documentation for the project manager
- Conduct routine duties in the office of the project manager such as travel arrangements, telephone, hotel bookings as well as arrange meetings and appointments with stakeholders
- Conduct office management support services such as keeping records of every document processed and received
- Attain inputs
- Compile and collate reports
- Handle queries from external and internal stakeholders
- Interface with external and internal clients
