Position: Admin Clerk – Inventory and Distribution

Duties

If your application for the Admin Clerk vacancy is accepted, you will be responsible for a number of various duties.

The duties include management of departmental store’s goods and transaction processing, you can find the details below:

  • General maintenance of Departmental store, including safeguarding of inventories
  • Responsible for managing receipts
  • Verifying and capturing of goods (quantity, quality, and type)
  • Retrieving goods
  • Monitoring stock levels
  • Making a report for re-ordering if stock reached the pre-cautionary level and updating receipts and issuing vouchers on LOGIS system.
  • Identifying discrepancies between the bin card and inventory.
  • Prepare payment requests for stationery and submit them to the transaction section for processing.
  • Issue and dispatch goods from the departmental store for the department including Regional Office.
  • Administer and maintain the Department order Bach (0-9).

Eligibility and Requirements
