- Coordinate, manage and supervise the maintenance of the hostel
- Manage stock control of the entire hostel stock
- Manage and administer the budget of the hostel
- Supervise hostel staff
- Monitor and manage the maintenance and usage of the physical training center
- Conduct planning concerning the future needs of the hostel
