  • Making sure that all targets of the productions have met safely
  • Ensuring that the production costs are spent effectively
  • Supervising the underground activities in the area of responsibilities
  • Conducting some risk assessments
  • Planning a few inspections for both machinery and human resources
  • Scheduling task observations
  • Planning inspections during the working hours

Eligibility and Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualifications
  • Having 2 underground machine licenses is a must
  • Having Underground Blasting Certificate is a must
  • Code EB/08 driving license is needed to have
  • The applicants must have the Certificate of Flame Proof and Gas Testing
  • The applicants need to have five years of underground mining experience which is divided into two years in operator level
  • Experiences in underground in bye mining will be essential
  • Having the ability to adhere to regulations and rules is needed
