Qualifications: National Diploma, B-Tech, BSc Degree in any of the following disciplines: Water Care, Water Management, Chemical Engineering, and Environmental Management. 2-3 years relevant working experience. Minimum Class IV process controller certificate. Proven experience in waste water process control and management. Experienced in supervision /
management of people, plant and processes. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and very good reporting skills. Mechanical and analytical aptitude. Valid driver’s licence. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Punctuality and attention to detail.
Duties: Coordinate, control and monitor all operational activities of Waste Water Treatment Plant. Collecting waste water samples as per prescribed monitoring program for chemical and biological analysis. Undertake preventative maintenance on plant equipment and report complex repair works. Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines (Occupational Health and Safety Act). Attend to procedural administrative requirements.
