According to National Skills Development Strategy (NSDS), BankSETA has a main duty to develop skills in the banking and alternative banking sector. One of the programmes by BankSETA to maintain its duty is BankSETA PIVOTAL Programmes. PIVOTAL refers to Professional, Vocational, Technical and Academic Learning. The goal of these programmes is to generate skills and qualifications that meet the standards in National Qualifications Framework. BankSETA PIVOTAL Programmes cover some programmes such as learnerships, bursaries, candidacy and skills programmes.
Application
If you want to apply many programmes, make sure to separate each application email. An email should be only one application and consists of complete documents. Index the email as follows in the Subject Line: Bank Name, 18.1 or 18.2, Learning Category, Provider Name, and Number of learners.

Applicants don’t need to edit BankSETA Pivotal Programmes application templates. PIVOTAL related documents must be submitted on BANKSETA Pivotal Programmes templates and follow the instructions.

The PIVOTAL Grant Funding 2020/2021 opens on 6 October 2020 and closes on 17 November 2020.
