Doctors without Borders is basically an independent, international, and medical humanitarian organization that has the commitment to two main purposes: providing medical help as well as speaking out about the plight assisted. The medical assistance is given to people affected by healthcare exclusion, epidemics, man-made and natural disasters, and also armed conflicts. Candidates must take part in the full 12 months of program with 40 working hours a week (5 days per week).

The Responsibility

The HR intern will be responsible for performing different administrative jobs, which also includes supporting the daily activities at HR department. They are responsible for screening resumes, updating employee records, and also scheduling interviews. The Requirements

There are several basic requirements that all candidates must meet to be considered eligible for this Doctors without Border internship program. The requirements include:

  • They must be older than 18 years old
  • They must have a tertiary education, preferably in Industrial Psychology or other relevant subjects in Human Resources. They should have a Bachelor degree for this qualification

  • They must have the ability to deal with challenging workload or work under pressure
  • They should have good computer skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, and spreadsheets
  • They must have a good sensitivity and understanding of cross-cultural sense
  • They must be able to handle strict confidentiality
