Duties
- Support the implementation of Operation Phakisa Initiatives
- Handle queries from all governmental spheres
- Lobby with government departments in terms of meetings
- Capture minutes for the foresaid meetings
- Sign and check submissions to Small Harbours Secretariat
- Support the administration of information in terms of leases as well as terminated leases
- Decide the total amount of leases
- Determine the total amount of substitute and terminated leases
- Determine the total amount of received contracts for leases
- Calculate available funds of all terminate leases which are not substituted
- Render administrative support related to the resolution of audit queries
- Collect information to resolve audit queries
