Position: Administration Clerk

Location: Calitzdorp CC, Kannaland Sub-district and Northern / Tygerberg Sub-structure office

Salary: R173 703 per annum

Duties

Admin Clerk Support (Calitzdorp CC)

  • Providing effective management of communication and supporting administration
  • Maintaining the effective registry functions
  • Having the effective registration of clients
  • Providing effective management of appointments and defaulters
  • Validating data and support to the end-users
  • Providing data management and administration

Admin Clerk Information Management (Northern / Tygerberg Sub-structure office)

  • Data capturing for both routine and non-routine data and its submission
  • Assisting with the data quality monitoring including validation, verification, and data analysis
  • Preparing and compiling reports
  • Performing office administration role including filing, copying, and doing the logistical arrangements
  • Providing general IM support to all management of information and HAST clerks
  • Assisting with pre-determined objective audits
  • Assisting with the ICT requests

General Requirements

  • Having senior certificate or Grade 12 is a must
  • Having a valid code of B or EB driver’s license
  • Proficiency for the minimum of two or three languages will be compulsory
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft will be advantageous

Admin Clerk Support (Calitzdorp CC)

  • Appropriate experience in managing data and capturing data on PHICS
  • Having basic knowledge in office administration, financial and procurement administration will be preferable
  • Having good interpersonal skill will be advantageous

Admin Clerk Information Management (Northern / Tygerberg Sub-structure office)

  • Having experience in health-related in Information Management environment
  • Having working knowledge and also experience in PHC data and HAST data
  • Being able to deal with numerical and analytical problems will be preferable
