Requirements
Meanwhile, being a lecturer and assistant lecturer requires different requirements as they have different level of responsibilities, as well. Hence, here are the requirements to be a lecturer that you must possess.
- Having a Master’s Degree in Education, more preferably in Early Childhood and Lower Primary Education with the minimum of three years of working experiences as a lecturer is compulsory
- Having a satisfying record of teaching Khoekhoegowab in Junior Primary School phase is obligatory
- The applicants must have participated in research and publication to the academic and wider community
- Being able to teach ICT related subjects will be an added advantage
Furthermore, when you wish to work as an assistant lecturer, these requirements are compulsory to possess by all applicants.
- Having Bachelor Degree (Honors) in Education, preferably in Early Childhood and Lower Primary Education with the minimum of two years of academic or teaching experience is compulsory
- The applicants must have provided a satisfactory record of teaching Khoekhoegowab in Junior Primary School phase
- Being able to conduct tutorials and make good contribution to the community services will be another obligatory requirement
