Duties

- Coordinating and/or presenting Laboratory Practice III and Clinical Laboratory Practice III/IV for the study programme of Biomedical Technology and Medical Laboratory Science respectively
- Lecturing theory and presenting laboratory practical at undergraduate levels for Medical Laboratory Science I & II, Cytology, and/or other modules as assigned
- Applying industry appropriate technology used in medical diagnostic laboratories and in research
- Developing relationships with government, industry, and professional bodies
- Enhancing personal development and participating in departmental research projects and also publications
- Performing departmental, programme, and/or faculty administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Department
Requirements

- Having the Bachelor of Technology or Honours Biomedical Technology is compulsory
- The applicants must have the minimum of one year diagnostic medical laboratory experience as a Medical Technologist and one year lecturing experience

- Besides, all applicants must have the ability to develop the relationships with government, professional bodies and the diagnostic medical laboratory industry
