The Senior Provisioning Administration Clerk position at the Department of Environmental Affairs involves: receiving equipment and furniture, bar-coding new assets, conducting annual asset checks and quarterly spot inspections, disposing obsolete IT gear, managing official notebooks, updating LOGIS asset records, capturing new ICNs for assets, handling incoming goods via LOGIS, reporting damages and losses, and performing quarterly stock-takes for regional stores. It also includes assisting with monthly report printing and downloads.
