SBV Learnership Overview

SBV has its own Learning Academy and they have developed many training programs with their partners. They also have their own learnership program that is designed to attract potential and promising unemployed youth to participate in their training sessions. People with disabilities or unemployed individuals are encouraged to apply because they are the main reasons why the program was created in the first place.

Be advised that the programs may be different from year to year – and they are probably divided into various divisions and departments. As a result, the detailed requirements and deadline may be different. But they are all sharing the same ideas and purpose: to attract and train a potential workforce so they can experience true development and growth within their own. In general, the program will last for one year (12 months).
