Job Positions

The duties of the runners will include the retrieval of files from shelves, sorting and listing files, preparing documents for scanning, sorting files in batches, and numbering files and documents.
Benefits
The department is offering a stipend of R5,000 per month for the duration of the three-year fixed-term contract. The contract is linked to the duration of the project and will be signed upon appointment.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this position, applicants must be South African citizens between the ages of 18 and 35 years old. They must have a minimum of a Higher Certificate in Document and/or Records Management or Information Technology recognized by SAQA at NQF 5. Applicants must also have no criminal record.
