Human Resources Internship (6 months)
Description
The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for various HR-related tasks such as updating employee databases, collecting employee information, creating and updating HR-related records, posting job advertisements, managing the recruitment process, creating reports, assisting with employee queries and documents, organizing meetings, and training, monitoring HR activities calendar and targets, participating in ECSECC meetings and functions and adhering to ECSECC policies and guidelines.

The remuneration for this position is market-related.
Eligibility
National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Public Management, Industrial Psychology or a related field, familiarity with recruitment online portals, experience with MS Office, a good understanding of full-cycle recruiting, training and development, performance management, and basic knowledge of labor legislation, as well as organizational skills.
