Salary: R6 070.00 – R8 050.00 per month
Type of work: 12 months contract
Duties
Further, participating in NMISA vacancies will require you to have these following duties and responsibilities, as follows.
- Assisting with Human Resources Management functions including recruitment, selection, training, and development
- Assisting with monthly leave reconciliations
- Coordinating the employee induction
- Managing monthly ERP payroll inputs
- Performing management administration to ensure that performance contracts have been signed off by all parties
- Gaining exposure to labour relation matters
- Assisting with conducting exit interviews and filing (electronic and hard copy filing)
- Facilitating probation evaluations
- Assisting with research for policy reviews and development
- Managing exposure to employment equity
- Also, doing general HR tasks when necessary
Requirements

- Having three-year tertiary qualifications in the field of Human Resource Management or equivalent qualifications is non-negotiable
