The learners must complete a Confectionery Manufacturing Learnership and report to HR Education and Training Department. The learners are advised to report for duty daily. Nestle Confectionery Manufacturing Learnership consists of 30% classroom training and 70% practical in the production factory. Programme Responsibilities
The Nestle Learnership has some responsibilities in the following.
- Learn about operation flows of the position.
- Ensure that all records of production process and reports are maintained in a timely manner to the Process Controller/ Team Leader.
- Complete the theoretical and practical learning programme as well as assessments during the learnership.
- Notice any operational safety and hygiene processes and good manufacturing practices including using safety and hygiene equipment according to the standard operation.
- Perform duties in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency.
- Be able to work effectively and efficiently with the team.

- You have a Matric with Maths

- You have a good knowledge of the production as well as the environment and equipment
