Duties

- Being responsible for data management, verification and also submission (including collation, verification and data validation) via sub-district to district Information Management Office within the set time frames and policies
- Generating pivot tables and system reports
- Compiling routine monthly reports
- Monitoring, evaluating, and giving feedback to management and relevant stakeholders of performance data, data trends, and quality
- Coordinating meetings and assisting with the relevant training and audits
- Supporting end-users with the access to information systems by liaising with Ce-I
Requirements

- Having the minimum of Senior Certificate or equivalent is a must
- Having appropriate experience in Information Management is vital
- The applicants must be willing to travel and rotate within the Information Management Component
- Having a valid driver’s license code B/EB is compulsory
- Having computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Power Point will be an advantage
- The applicants must have knowledge and also experience in departmental HIS Sytems including Clinicom, Sinjani, BI, and etc
- Possessing training and presentation skills is obligatory
- The applicants should be able to communicate in the minimum of two official languages of the Western Cape
- The applicants must not have any pending criminals or other investigations against them
