Many Programs and Subjects for Department of Justice Internship

Department of Justice and Constitutional Development is opening and offering the so-called Department of Justice Internship program for 2020 period within so many subjects and fields. There are different programs offered in different locations and also requirements. Interested candidates who want to have a career in this field need to check the details of the programs and make sure that they meet the requirements. In the overall, the deadline is applied similar on February the 24th 2020.

About the Program

DOJCD (Department of Justice and Constitutional Development) is offering the opportunity for the unemployed graduates to apply and take part in their 2020 period of program.

Unemployed graduates of South Africa who have tertiary qualification can apply for this Department of Justice Internship program – provided that they have never been employed within any internship program before. There are different subjects with different locations. Candidates who apply for internship outside their region must be able and be willing to find accommodation on their own. Each location and subject has their own reference number. Be sure to provide the right reference number for the application they want.

Here are several examples of the offered programs, locations, and requirements.

  • Social Work subject. Offered in Palm Ridge (Ref no GI3/No), Pretoria (Ref no GI2/No), and Johannesburg Ref no GI1/No). The requirements include a Degree in Social Work
  • Administration subject. Offered in Worcester, George, and Cape Town. Requirements include a Degree or National Diploma in Office Administration, Business Management, Public Management, Administration, Management Assistant, and Public Admnistration.

How to Apply

Candidates need to send their application letter and the supporting documents to the postal addresses mentioned below. Be sure to read each subject or location’s specifications and details so the candidates know what kind of supporting documents they need to provide. Be advised not to miss a single item because it will lead to their application being ignored and rejected in the end.

The application form can be downloaded or obtained from Public Service Department. During submission, it must be accompanied with a certified copy of ID document, certified copies of qualifications, and an updated CV.
