Duties

- Performing the debtor’s administrative functions
- Ensuring that all invoices for jobs have been processed on the correct accounts and detail
- Ensuring that the details of invoices are distributed to the customers with supporting documents
- Preparing documentation which is relevant to the processing of credit notes
- Processing submission for approval as per delegations
- Preparing customer statements monthly
- Maintaining proper filing and record keeping the documents
- Preparing accruals at Financial Year End

- Verifying and dispatching stock
- Issuing and picking stock
