Duties

- Providing the service for patients effectively and efficiently by practicing Batho Pele Principles
- Receiving all stock ordered
- Following up the stock ordered with Supply Chain Management Unit and other relevant units
- Making copies of records from information system in place or hard copies
- Performing duties based on the job description
- Capturing and entering all patient admission or discharge, transferring in or out and deaths on MEDICOM system
- Checking or verifying the TPH 21 (Midnight Census Book and Nominal Book. Admission Register) for all admissions or discharges, transfers, and deaths against the MEDICOM system for ensuring the correctness
- Liaising with all the OPD admin staff on all appointments or discharged patients from the ward
- Managing the movement of all inpatient
- Also, ordering all stock on medico manually including the stationery, hardware, medical expandable, cleaning material, and other relevant material resources
Requirements
