Requirements
For the candidates, having these following requirements will be on obligatory to apply for the bursary.
- The applicants must have completed their Matric
- Having South African citizenship is a must
- The applicants must reside in Gauteng (proven by the proof of residence)
- The applicants must be in the age between 18 and 35
- Top achievers from Gauteng schools, top 3 learners from LSEN Schools in Gauteng, and top learners from no-fee school in Gauteng will qualify for the bursary
- Those who want to pursue Post-Graduate studies and had been accepted in an accredited institution of higher learning will be preferable
- The applicants who intend to pursue their study an undergraduate programme and have been accepted in an accredited PSET institution will be preferable

- A certified copy of South African Identity document (by birth)
- A proof of Gauteng residence
- Matric certificate
- Certified copy of latest academic result
- Proof of income from parents or affidavit or guardians
- Letter of motivation which is not longer than 2 pages
- Proof of registration or acceptance letter from PSET institution
- Medical report or disability

First, you have to make a user account by filling out the personal details including ID number, first and last name, email address, and phone number. Second, you will have to create your own username and password to keep your information private. When you have completed the personal details, you will get an SMS to verify it and you have to click OK to continue.
Moreover, after successfully logging in, there will be more details questions about your personal detail. After that, you will deal with address details and high school details. In addition, Matric results and next of kin details will be following the previous questions.
Moving to qualification details, you have to fill another information about the bursary type, academic year you are enrolling, duration, qualification and many more.
