The DSV Learnership 2023/24 is open for Western Cape residents in Cape Town, South Africa.


The Learnership program runs for 12 months and is a fixed-term commitment.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the DSV Learnership 2023/24, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Must have completed Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must be between the ages of 18 and 30
  • Must be available to work full-time for a year

Learnership Programmes: DSV offers Learnership Programmes in various fields, including:

  • Business Administration NQF 4
  • Generic Management NQF 4
  • Project Management NQF 4
  • Road Transport Supervision NQF 4
  • Freight Forwarding & Customs Clearance NQF 3
  • Freight Handling NQF 3
  • Warehouse & Retail NQF 4

Benefits: Successful applicants will gain hands-on work experience in one of DSV’s busy Warehouses or Distribution Centres. The Learnership program also offers the following benefits:

  • A monthly stipend of R4,300
  • Completion bonus at the end of the 12-month period upon qualification
