Duties
Applicants that are accepted for the Transport Officer vacancy in the Department of Basic Education will be responsible for various duties, including:
Issuing vehicles of government and departments
Conducting vehicle inspection before and after usage and managing the keys
Managing and monitoring the logbooks
Giving authorization on keys and trips
Coordinating payments of transport accounts
Managing rental lease invoices
E-tolls and repairs of department vehicle within 30 days
Responsible for safe-keeping of logbooks
Managing petrol cards and car keys
Supervising subordinates and managing resources
Renewing service level agreements with G-Fleet
Annual petrol cards and license disk renew
Authorizing payments with Bank for maintenance and repairs of leased vehicles
Maintenance of department and government vehicles
Eligibility and Requirements
