Job Description

The successful incumbent will be stationed at the Head Office of the Department of Mineral Resources which is located in Pretoria. This job offers a salary which amounts to R 163 563 per annum.   • Indexing and filling all documents
  • Process letters, faxes, memoranda, photocopies and other documents
  • Liaise with registration office
  • Basic typing of letters, reports and other documents
  • Keep records of outgoing and incoming mails in the directorate
  • Carry-out administrative duties to support the directorate such as being responsible for ordering stationery, administering leave, maintaining photocopy machine, workplans, filling, compiling directorate monthly reports and typing
  • Administer all payments in respect of access and appeals to information
