The Administration Clerk vacancy at Department of Water and Sanitation comes with the following key performance areas:

  • Conduct general clerical support services
  • Conduct effective procurement of services and goods
  • Provide supply chain management support services in the component
  • Register invoices as well as submit to Finance
  • Provide personnel administration as well as clerical support services in the component
  • Consolidate weekly itinerary for approval of the component
  • Assist with the compilation of demand plan as well as commodity analysis on sanitation infrastructure interventions
  • Help with the organisation of sanitation special events
  • Provide secretarial duties on meeting engagements relevant to sanitation services
