Duties

Administration Clerk Admission:

  • Managing telephonic and client communications
  • Being responsible for making appointments
  • Compiling new folders and destructing the unused folders
  • Keeping records, file and retrieving folders
  • Tracing old folders
  • Maintaining and scheduling appointments of the patients
  • Doing the daily and monthly statistics
  • Acting responsible with regards to norms and standards
  • Acting as the first contact point

Administration Clerk Supply Chain Management:

  • Demanding and acquisitioning of both goods and services
  • Ensuring the audit compliance
  • Doing the internal control
  • Having the effective management of transit area
  • Supporting the supervisor
  • Having the effective warehouse management of the stock levels

Administration Clerk Support:

  • Registering and capturing the patient’s information
  • Being responsible for revenue control including the money receipt, issue of accounts and safekeeping of the patients’ valuable
  • Tracing old folders
  • Compiling new folders and destructing folders
  • Collating patient statistics by using the facility records
  • Handling the folder management
  • Providing medical records function including record keeping and retrieving folders

Administration Clerk Human Resource Management:

  • Performing all administrative duties pertaining to the personnel administration
  • Filing personnel data, regulations, policies, and also circulars
  • Handling all the personnel enquiries and also correspondence for both written and verbal
  • Being responsible for capturing the transactions on PERSAL
  • Auditing the personnel and leaving records
  • Assisting all other administrative functions in personnel component

Requirements

Administration Clerk Admission:

  • Having the minimum Senior Certificate or equivalent
  • Having the administrative experience is compulsory
  • The valid driver’s license code B/ EB
  • Outstanding communication for both verbal and written skills
  • Having the excellent recordkeeping skills
  • The applicants must have the experience in information electronic systems
  • Being able to communicate in two or three official languages of Western Cape

Administration Clerk Supply Chain Management:

  • Having the minimum Senior Certificate or equivalent and passing the subjects of Mathematics or Accontancy
  • The applicants should have the experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Having the valid driver’s license code B/ EB is a must
  • The applicants must have the knowledge and experience of the Public Sector Procurement and Supply Chain Management Processes
  • Having the strong analytical skills and the abilities to solve problem is necessary
  • Being able to communicate both verbally and written is a must

Administration Clerk Support:

  • Having the minimum Senior Certificate or equivalent
  • The applicants must have the experience in patient administration environment
  • Being able to work in 12-hour shifts including the public holidays, weekends, and also night duty
  • Having the knowledge of Hospital Fees Memorandum 18 is a must
  • The applicants must have excellent communication skills
  • The applicants have to have the knowledge of Clinicom/Delta 9

Administration Clerk Human Resource Management:

  • Having the minimum Senior Certificate or equivalent
  • Having the experience of Appropriate Human Resource Management in Public Sector is compulsory

  • The ability to communicate at the minimum of two languages of Western Cape is necessary
  • Having the computer literacy in Microsoft Office is compulsory
