Duties
Store manager:
- Overseeing the store’s daily operations and transactions
- Motivating sales teams
- Training new staffs
- Developing promotional materials
- Making business strategies
- Solving problems related to customers
Sales assistant:
- Serving customers at store
- Conducting the customers transaction
- Assisting customers in finding the product or service they seek
- Handling complaints before forwarding to store manager
- Replenishing stock on displays
Requirements
- Grade 12/ Matric
- Having some years of experiences in relevant field would be an advantage
