Security officer

  • Being responsible for the access control to the public vehicles
  • Conducting the security risk assessments
  • Reporting security breaches
  • Monitoring CCTV
  • Controlling keys and the working shifts
  • Maintaining record keeping properly
  • Checking the functionality of all equipment related to security

Usher messenger

  • Escorting the judges to the courtrooms
  • Doing the general messenger duties
  • Rendering the administrative support functions for the judges
  • Maintaining the records of the courtrooms
  • Facilitating the distribution of parcels, files, and other documents
  • Presenting during the sessions in court
  • Photocopying all the official documents needed


  • Attending to minor plumbing

  • Three years of working experience is a must

  • Grade 12/ Matric
  • Having the knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Having both negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Being able to manage time properly

  • Having qualification in electrical, plumbing and carpentry
  • Computer literacy and basic software
