Program Overview

Wurth South Africa (Pty) Limited offers a good opportunity in the sales division. Wurth is looking for the right candidates to join their yearly Sales Development Learnership Programme.

All participants are planned to complete the learnership programme and reach at least 120 value credits. After finished of the learnership, all successful learners will be awarded a National Certificate in Wholesale and Retail Operations.

The purpose Wurth Sales Development learnership programme is to build learners with hard and soft skills in how to sell, handling the process of taking orders, understanding the direct and indirect standards of customers within a targeted area, learning e-commerce, growing a customer base, store procedures and the dynamics of customer diversity.

Job Positions Wurth Sales Development Learnership Programme
Industries Trade, sales both retail and wholesale
Requirements
•EE candidates (African, Indian and Coloured) aged between 18-35.
•Matric or Equivalent with Mathematics, English as the home language, or at least 2 additional African languages as subjects.
•No experience is required, therefore unemployed candidates will be given preference.
•Valid driver’s license is compulsory and candidates will be assessed on their driving capabilities.
• Clear Criminal Record.
• Clear Credit History.
•Management reserves the right to use additional or relevant information as criteria for short-listing.
