• Being responsible for the Wilderness Air Flight Training Program including the safety, efficiency, and law
• Ensuring that all flight training has been correctly approved, released, and also authorized under the Civil Aviation Regulations and Training Manual
• Liaising with the Civil Aviation on licensing, training and air operational matter
• Attending the meetings of Aviation Legislation and Industry
• Maintaining liaison mechanism with the Training Manager, Flight Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager, Safety Manager, and many more.
• Providing the flight training based on standard of management
• Authorizing, planning, scheduling, coordinating, and controlling all flight training activities under the Wilderness Air AOC
• Providing air for the Chief Pilot in the development, enhancement, and the maintenance of company flying standards
• Doing the recruitment, appointment, control, and also supervision of flight training personnel
• Ensuring the all training aspects and training records have been completed
• Planning and supporting the development skills and abilities of the individuals

Requirements
