Duties
Business Development:
- Preparing clients facing the materials discussions for meeting and other clients engagements
- Preparing the weekly action list updates for the personal portfolio
- Proposing options for solving the clients problem with Front-Line Business Development team
- Updating the sales pipelines together with the Front0line leads on timeline basis as needed
- Engaging multiple functional teams in contributing the client pitches’ preparation
- Finding the content references for the internal usage
- Preparing the internal documentation for the approval submission or other visa service enablement
- Taking part in some team events and the social activities in contributing the impact in local market
- Analyzing and reviewing the reports of client revenue
- Building the internal relationships with other functional teams to make better teamwork
- Attending clients sessions with the Front-Line leads in gaining insight and clients’ need based on trends
Client Services:
- Ensuring the operational support provided to clients
- Serving the clients with day-to-day technical operational support
- Providing the customer support services and engagement
- Coordinating with other teams to come up with solutions
- Maintaining the relationships for clients
- Providing both technical and operational support for service interruption event
- Updating the project plans and documentations
- Supporting the team of Visa Business Development
Product Rotation:
- Adapting the materials for facing the clients to meet their engagement
- Performing market research and the product analysis
- Recommending enhancement and improvement to product capabilities and development
- Performing adhoc analysis and business intelligence
- Performing exploratory analysis and also data mining on large dataset
- Adapting products and managing programs for growing new solutions for the products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science, Commerce, or Engineering is a must
- Having the minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
- Being able to work in a team or independently
- Having outstanding communication skills for both verbal and written is a must
- Having excellent analytical abilities and interest to solve problems
- Showing maturity and strong work ethics professionally
- Having the orientation to performance to satisfy the customers
- Having the capabilities to work overtime and under pressure
- The applicants must have high energy level and the awareness to emerging technologies
- Understanding the standard procedures of answering telephones
