Duties

  • Performing day-to-day administration of the office including arranging and preparing for meetings, typing and taking minutes

  • Maintaining good recordkeeping, filling, and bringing forward system
  • Handling confidential documents
  • Processing and submitting claims, making traveling, and accommodation arrangement
  • Managing the diary as well as receiving and hosting visitors of the office
  • Operating standard equipment including fax, photocopy machine, telephone, computer, and etc
  • Managing office inventory
  • Lastly, serving refreshment to the visitors and during meetings

  • Cleaning entire office space including dust and dump mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning glass and windows
  • Emptying trash and replacing liners

Requirements
