Job Details
There are three positions available in this programme: Fitter, Electrician, and Diesel Mechanic. For information, the job details are in the engineering environment.
You will have responsibilities in the mining and metals industry. Seriti needs a responsible, detail-oriented, and fast-response person.
Minimum requirements
All applicants must be:
- Grade 12 of Science and Mathematics with a minimum E symbol
- Minimum N2 with relevant 4 trade-related subjects include:
- Diesel mechanic: Math, Engineering Science, Engineering Drawing, Diesel, motor Trade Theory.
- Fitter: Mathematics, Engineering Science, Engineering Drawing, Fitting & Machining Theory
- Electrician: Math, Engineering Science, Industrial Electronics, Electrical Trade Theory
- All subjects have a minimum symbol E.
- Able to prepare to undergo a psychometric assessment
- Able to work in shifts, stand by and call outs when needed.
- Able to work under pressure
- Innovative, self-starter and a has initiative person.
- Able to identify faults without supervision
- Have a driver’s license
- No criminal record
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner and loves to get new experiences in the industry.
