A Registration Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of registration processes within an organization. The primary responsibility of a Registration Administrator is to manage and oversee the registration and enrollment of individuals or entities into a system or program. Key Responsibilities of a Registration Administrator:

    • Produce and process lists of applicants eligible for certificates or credentials.
    • Verify and validate the eligibility of applicants for certification.

    • Maintain accurate and organized records of all registration-related documents.
  7. Applicant Queries:

Eligibility:

To be considered for the position of Registration Administrator, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Grade 12 completion
  • Any Diploma in Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience
  • Computer literacy

Requirements:

As a Registration Administrator at Stonebridge HR Solutions, you will be responsible for the following key duties:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support in the deployment of Registration mandates in a professional, timely, and effective manner.
  2. Business Stream Administration: Administer business streams for the company’s Operations as directed by the Registration Coordinator.
  3. Profile Management: Conduct pre-assessments and update profiles. Administer online applications and manage profiles’ status correctly in line with job functions.
  4. Examination and Interview Coordination: Administer and coordinate the examinations and interviews of applicants.
  5. Certificate Processing: Produce and process the list of applicants eligible for certificates on a weekly basis.
  6. Document Verification: Check and ensure that applicants who have paid and uploaded relevant documents are processed in a timely manner.
  7. Applicant Queries: Respond to applicant queries and provide assistance when needed.
  8. Coordinator Support: Provide administrative support to the Coordinator on any matter relating to Registration.
  9. Walk-In Support: Assist walk-in clients with registration advice.
  10. Query Management: Effectively manage and address queries related to the registration process.
  11. Report Development: Develop weekly Registration reports.
