- Registration of Companies: Handling the registration process for new companies, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conversion and/or Deregistration: Managing processes related to the conversion or deregistration of close corporations and/or companies as needed.
- Appointing and Resigning Officials: Facilitating the appointment and resignation processes for Directors, Members, Auditors, Accounting Officers, and Public Officers.
- Share Transactions: Managing the allotment, transfer, and buyback of shares.
- Preparation of Resolutions and Minutes: Drafting special resolutions, preparing meeting minutes, and issuing notices as required.
- Annual Returns: Ensuring the timely submission of annual returns in accordance with legal obligations.
- Documentation Management: Filing and following up on outstanding documentation, updating statutory records, and liaising with clients and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Trust Administration: Basic administration tasks related to trusts.
- Financial Tasks: Issuing fees, following up on debtors, and preparing factual findings reports.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for the Company Secretarial Assistant position at PwC South Africa, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
