Eligibility:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric/Grade 12.
  • Higher Certificate in Archives and Records, Management, or Office Administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Preferable).

Minimum Experience:

  • 3 years of related work experience.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Record Management:
    • Maintain and improve record management systems.
    • Ensure strict, regulated, and secure access to records.
    • Communicate up-to-date filing plans to managers within HWSETA.
  2. Communication and Coordination:
    • Facilitate record management between Head Office, Provinces, and off-site storage facilities.
    • Sort and distribute paper-based applications and mail between Provinces and Head Office.
    • Coordinate the purchasing of stationary and monitor its use, ensuring timely resupply when necessary.
  3. Office Administration and Document Management:
    • Handle filing and document management efficiently.
    • Provide general office administration and coordination support.
  4. Training Support:
    • Assist in the coordination and support of training programs.
  5. Stakeholder Relations:
    • Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders.
