Job Advert Summary: Clover invites unemployed South African youth to join our Sales Department as Merchandisers through the YES Learnership program. This 12-month initiative aims to provide valuable work experience. Positions are available in various Clover branches, including Clayville, Bloemfontein, CDC Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Queensburgh, and Port Shepstone. We are committed to upskilling the youth of South Africa.
A merchandiser is a professional responsible for planning and coordinating the purchase, distribution, and display of products in retail stores. This role is critical in ensuring that products are presented in a way that attracts customers and maximizes sales. Merchandisers work closely with various stakeholders, including suppliers, sales teams, and store management, to optimize the visual and strategic aspects of product placement.
