Job Description

Job Title: Client Service Officer (CSO)

Recruiter: Department of Employment and Labour

Duties

In general, the position of CSO or Client Service Officer has the responsibility to give quality service to the customers. In this case, because the specialization of the department that needs such function is in concern, there will be some adjustments to the duties of CSO.

In short, the CSO vacancy 2022 for the Department of Employment and Labour has the duties as described below:

  • Render services at the help desk as the first point of entry within the Registration Services.
  • Provide Employment Services to all the Clients who visit the Labour Centre.
  • Resolve all complaints on all Labour Legislations received from Clients.
  • Receive all Unemployment Insurance Benefits Applications and Employer declarations.
  • Responsible for receiving application forms in terms of Compensation for Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA) and Employer registration forms for COIDA.

Eligibility and Requirements
