Duties

Requirements

- Having Matriculation of Grade 12 with zero experience is mandatory
- The applicants must have the knowledge of all labour legislations, regulations, private employment agency, related ILO conventions, public service regulations, public service acts, procedures and guidelines, Departmental policies, and Batho Pele principles
- Having interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills is obligatory
- Also, the applicants must have telephone etiquette and ability to interpret legislation

- Having Grade 12 or Senior Certificate is vital
