The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development is now hiring for the Chief Administration Clerk position. Candidates must include the reference number of this post within their application form, 19/28/FS. The future successful applicant will be entitled to a salary ranging from R 242 475 to R 285 630 per annum. The qualified incumbent will also be required to sign a performance agreement. In order to be eligible for the position, candidates must hold at least a Grade 12 certificate or its equivalent. This minimum educational qualification must be accompanied by at least three years of relevant working experience. Should you be in possession of a valid driver’s license or court experience then it will serve as an advantage.

- Good computer literacy
- Good communication skills
- Good problem solving skills and interpersonal relations
- Knowledge of JYP, BAS, DFI, and PFMA

- Responsible for rendering general clerical support services
- Responsible for providing supply chain clerical support services in the component
- Responsible for providing and supervising personnel administration clerical support services in the Cluster or Court
- Responsible for supervising and providing financial administration support services in the Cluster or Court
