CapeNature Vacancies: Responsibility
This vacancy is in the Biodiversity business division. CapeNature is a company that runs environmental services and they hope all successful candidates will be responsible for these tasks:
- Join the company to run The Groen Sebenza Phase II Programme. Where CapeNature will place them nationally in different organizations. Government and non-governmental.
- Commit to joining CapeNature in two years internship programme.
- Willing to develop their competence and confidence in biodiversity and management of the environment.
- Willing to work together and help the company to create:
ü A conducive workplace-based learning for graduates aiming at strengthening their capacity at various levels.
ü Create possible permanent placement beyond funding.
This programme is a way to transform a good way, especially in nature conservation. Also, to strengthen different organizational development aspects.
Include transformation in its totality and proactive skills to respond to organizational mandates and national priorities.
Positions Offered in the CapeNature Vacancies
In this programme, CapeNature in partnership with The South African National Biodiversity Institute (SANBI). They welcome every candidate to fill in the following fields:
Ecologist: Flora
The internship will be based at CapeNature Head Office, PGWC Shared Services Center cnr Bosduif & Volstruis Streets, Bridgetown, Cape Town, 7764.
The required qualification is NQF 8 BSc Hons in Botany or Ecology and CapeNature needs 1 person in this position.
Ecologist: Flora
The placement is on Assegaaibosch Nature Reserve, Stellenbosch. The candidate must be NQF 8 BSc 1Hons in Botany or Ecology.
Ecologist: Fauna
The placement is at CapeNature Head Office, PGWC Shared Services Center cnr Bosduif & Volstruis Streets, Bridgetown, Cape Town, 7764. Requirement: NQF 8 BSc Hons in Zoology or Ecology
Conservation Planner (Technologist)
The placement will be at CapeNature Head Office, PGWC Shared Services Center cnr Bosduif & Volstruis Streets, Bridgetown, Cape Town, 7764. While the requirement is NQF 9 in Conservation Biology, Environmental Science or Natural Sciences.
Requirements
