Duties

In this learnership programme you can expect to learn more skills and earn job experience. You will be participating in the 70:20:10 Model of Learning and Development.

The three main type of learning method will be:

  • Hands-on work and experience-based (70%)
  • Asking questions and interacting with fellow colleagues (20%)
  • Formal classroom training (10%)
