Duties

Your duties in this learnership programme include:
- Completing administrative duties and submitting reports punctually
- Documenting and reviewing recent business
- Managing documents in accordance with the standard and time limit
- Providing a friendly and professional service to customer’s enquiries
- Screen and route all queries received to appropriate stakeholders
- Forwarding and reporting problems encountered in applications to the Line Manager
- Providing feedback on the status of applications
- Record client’s information accurately on the designated system
- Compiling and checking documents before processing payments
- Providing great customer service through telephone and written contacts
- Improving client retention
- Analyzing the situation in order to take the appropriate action
- Accurately identify problems and proactively solve them
