About the Position
Based on Reference Number of WCD4/2020, this permanent Administrative Officer Support Service job will take place in West Coast TB Complex. The candidate is offered a salary of R257 508 to R303 339 per year plus benefits. The benefits include medical aid allowance, housing, pension fund, and 13th check.
The Requirements
To qualify for the Administrative Officer Support Service position, candidates mumst meet these requirements:
The candidates must be the citizens of South Africa – will be proven by valid and legal ID document
They must have Senior Certificate – or the equivalent
They must not have any criminal record or any pending charges
They must have a valid driver’s license Code B or EB
They must be willing to stay over or out-of-town traveling
They must have the appropriate administrative skills and experience within these subjects of Labor Relations, Facilities Management, Supervision, Human Resources, and Supply Chain Management.
Candidates with intermediate Computer proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word will gain the benefits
They must have impressive communication and also interpersonal skills
They must have good problem solving ability
They must be proficient in at least two official languages in Western Cape, including Xhosa, Afrikaans, or English
Priorities would be given to candidates from Western Cape Provincial Government
Responsibilities and Duties
The candidates would be responsible for these tasks:
- To manage efficient and effective control of the Maintenance, Telecommunications, and Transport sections.
- To make sure of effective management for the foodservice units
- To arrange and manage effective operating and control of Linen Bank and Laundry Unit
- To manage security services, grounds, and other relevant contracts related to outsourced service
- To coordinate all West Coast TB Complex of HR activities
- To perform the general development and supervision support services personnel, including support to Medical Manager
