- Providing responses to legislative questions

- Aggregating and capturing monthly data on DHIS
- Writing reports and submitting it to the related stakeholders
- Managing data
- Maintaining the Health information management database
- Giving feedback and controlling the raw data and information
- Ensuring data is collected every day and every month (including DHIS routine data, PPIP, child PIP, DATCOV)
- Providing a response to feedback of data queries
- Validating data by comparing DHIS and monthly summary tool
- Creating and managing an efficient filling system
- Monitor submission of monthly reports
