Programme Title: Call Centre Learnership

Location: Northern Suburbs (Cape)

Duration: 15 months

Type: Contract

Duties

There are duties for the learners and call centre officers that have to be fulfilled in the programme. For the learners duties, you should adhere to the list below:

  • Attend the required training interventions and successfully complete the competency assessments
  • Meet all the requirements for the successful completion of the Call Centre Operations certificate
  • Submit a Portfolio of Evidence
  • Everyday working in the call centre as scheduled

As for the duties as Call Centre officer, they should do the responsibilities as described below:

Performance 

  • Achieve agreed upon targets and outcomes as directed by management
  • Apply solid objection handling techniques
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships during calls
  • Achieve customer satisfaction at all times
  • Action customer instructions in an efficient and timeous manner
  • Action administrative requirements related to customer account management
  • Accurately and timeously capturing of client data
  • Dealing with inbound and/or outbound calls

Quality Assurance 

  • Ensure quality and accuracy – meet the standard of 95% and above
  • Adhere to call scripting

Ad-hoc

  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related targets/results as contracted
  • Action any other instruction by Management from time to time

Eligibility and Requirements
